This is the content of the document of the Contract of Terms and Conditions. Here on the website it’s functionality is purely to inform you before hand for all the terms and conditions. When you pick up the vehicle, you will be presented a printed version of this document and you will be requested to read it in detail and sign it. That signed docuement will be the legaly binding document that regulates the relationship between you and the company.

Usage guidance:

• According to the road traffic code, the lessee is obliged to drive 24 hours a day (day and night) with lights on and all front and rear passengers to wear seat belts.
  During traffic, all road signs must be followed.
• If the lessee is fined by the police, the fine must be paid to the Albanian post office or to any contractor that performs this service, the Lessor is notified and upon handing over the car, the client declares the fine and the payment mandate.
• The payment of the fine can also be made on the way back when the car is handed over, declaring the fine accompanied by the verbal process of the police, and the lessee performs this service for the customer.
• Any fine that remains unpaid or undeclared, the Tenant is obliged to forward the violator to the relevant authorities with a verbal process based on the contract made with the client and the Albanian police.
• NOTE: Unpaid fines are forwarded by the police at every entry and exit border point in the territory of the Republic of Albania, accompanied by late interest or a fine for non-declaration if the citizen leaves outside the borders.
• Any fine imposed for commission or undeclared by the client is fined by the Lessor.
  The lessee is responsible in case of damage to the car due to misuse.
